Lola directory is a bit different from a regular directory. On a regular directory you choose the relevant category, insert a title, write a description and that's it.
In Lola directory it works like this: First of all there isn't a category structure (well there is, but it is hidden). So it is up to you to choose which keywords your site will appear under.
So lets take an example: Suppose you want to submit a web directory called 'ABC Directory'. On a regular directory you would choose the category (something like: Computer/Internet/Web_directories), put a title: ABC Directory, and a description: "ABC directory is a human edited directory with many categories".
So your submission will look like this:
In Lola directory you would do it this way:
First you have to decide how many keywords you want to submit. Lets take for this example the maximum five.
Now you have to decide which keywords describe the best your ABC directory. For our ABC Directory I think the best one will be:
Now you put the first keyword (Paid Directory) on the form (when it states Keyword ). You can submit new keywords, but it is better to submit to existing keywords if available, because new keywords are automatically goes under 'pending' status, until we approve them.
Choose the best title that describes your site and this keyword (For this keyword the appropriate one will be something like: ABC paid Directory).Please note that your title doesn't need to be the same as the selected keyword.
Now all you have to do is to fill in the url and the description. So your submission will look like:
Keyword 1: Paid directory cost: $xSubmit the form and then repeat this process for keywords 2-5. Now you need to wait for us to approve your submission.
